I believe that there are more than one version.
Here is one version:

I have heard Sudha Raghunathan sing with one set of chittaswaras and
Santhanam with naother one-both of which are not the original notation
of the great HMB.

Here's another. This one's employed by Sri T.R. Subramaniam
[TRS] and his disciples (who are sometimes referred to as the
"Delhi Gharana" of CCM). Some beautiful swara patterns here:

[NOTE: Starts *three* units after the samam.]

;, - G, - p d s' n d p m g r s | n. D. R, - S | n. d. - s r g d - p p ||
m m g - [repeat]
- G, - g p d r' - s' s' n n d d | ; - d s'r'g'p'm' | R', d g'r'n d ||
m g r - [repeat]
- G, - D g R D, - G | n D G, - D | , - R, - s n. d. s ||
[R, - for repeat, or]
R g P - n d p m g - P d S' - g' | r' s' n d - S' r' G - D s' R' - P ||

d S' - [siddhivinAyakaM]

[Observe how the final SrG-DsR-PdS tapers off into the GpD
of siddhivi(nAyakam). Nothing earthshatteringly intricate,
but it does enable some spirited interplay with the percussion
instruments when presented in conjunction with them.]

I'm not sure who the creator of this chiTTaswaram is, but
I suspect it is TRS himself.
